On April 12, 2018, an acceptable Plan of Correction was approved with a corrective action date of May 4, 2018, Valley of Joy HomeCare, is in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries.
